The opportunity to interact with other scholars here at UBC as well as across Canada is one of the unique benefits that the Killam Trust offers. I am very proud to have received one of these prestigious awards and be welcomed into the Killam family.

How Killam funding has benefitted me

Killam funding has made it possible for me to share my research at both national and international conferences. One of the major benefits of attending these conferences is the exchange of ideas that many minds participate in. The Killam events are another such opportunity, with minds spanning a wide array of disciplines.
